DESCRIPTION:INTERMEDIATE SKILL PROGRESSIONS/TECHNICAL TERRAIN CLINIC\n\nAn opportunity to connect with riders of similar riding ability and master the key skills together to ride with more confidence and technique!\n\n 9-4pm\, with appropriate breaks.\n\n  In this 1-day comprehensive mountain bike clinic you will gain the skills and confidence to ride trails that may troubled you in the past.  Understanding unpredictable and technical terrain demands quick responses.\n\n \n\n Review of the solid core fundamentals and diving into the progressions of each skill and how they apply to more technical terrain.\n\n \n\n Learn how to  weight and un-weight your bike will make you faster in uneven terrain.   Emphasis on the progression in technique with more advanced maneuvers of the skills learned from Core Fundamentals.  ex: cornering\, braking\, slow speed\, balance\, body position\, wheel lifts\, variance of the skills\, switch backs\, basic drops\, vision\, and more. In addition to the technical skills we will also spend time discussing scouting the line\, vision and ways to stay committed to the bike and trail in challenging terrain.\n\n Having a  solid base level of fitness and 2 days of riding a week approx. Confident in most terrain but wanting improvement in overall skill to ride through more technical  terrain and work on conquering their roadblocks. Ideally someone who has a couple years of experience riding.\n\n*A week prior to event you will receive another email with the fine details with what to expect\, what to bring and where exactly to meet.\n\n\n	The clinic is progression based skill building. Meaning\, that there are progressions for each skill. So that each level of rider can progress and challenge within their own ability.\n	Each Rider will receive a Kates Real Food bar.
