Many individuals spend most of their waking hours in a state of hyper-vigilance\, constantly problem-solving and rationalizing\, which makes it difficult to rest\, heal\, and grow. If you're ready to unwind and heal\, this workshop provides a nurturing and safe environment for you to explore at any stage in your personal journey.\n\nThis breathwork and electronic sound bath immersion provides a full somatic experience\, allowing you to surrender fully\, enter an altered state of consciousness for a new perspective\, and connect with your body. It's in our bodies that we often hold unprocessed emotions and trauma. This practice helps to acknowledge\, move\, shift\, or release that energy.
