DESCRIPTION:Audiences are in awe hearing Classical Tahoe's superb musicians perform in an intimate outdoor pavilion under the Tahoe sky.\n\n\n\nThe July-August festival offers seventeen orchestra\, chamber music\, and jazz concerts on the campus of Sierra Nevada University in Incline Village\, Nevada. The Classical Tahoe Orchestra features 70 virtuoso musicians - more than half of whom are principal players - from the MET Opera Orchestra\, Philadelphia Orchestra\, LA Phil\, symphonies of San Francisco\, Seattle\, Houston\, Dallas\, Toronto\, SF and Zurich Opera Orchestras\, and more. The 2022 Festival features the world's most talented musicians\, soloists\, composers\, and conductors\, including Isabel Leonard\, Tessa Lark\, Aldo L pez-Gavil n\, Svet Stoyanov\, a world premiere by Jake Heggie\, and Maestros Jonathan Darlington\, David Chan\, and Ken-David Masur. The Classical Tahoe Music Institute and the Brubeck Jazz Summit engage musicians and audiences of all ages and abilities.
