DESCRIPTION:Tour the Training Center\, meet the coaches\, learn about winter programs and register!\n\nThe Open House is a great time to visit the Training Center\, meet the staff and learn about everything we have to offer this winter from our amazing Nordic\, Alpine\, Snowboard and Biathlon programs to our Cross Country Center which includes a 25km trail system with extremely affordable season pass rates! \n\nIn addition\, we're featuring a special presentation at 2 pm with Elisa Chapman* on optimizing your winter sports performance mentality\, plus a coaches roundtable with Dylan Omlin\, Glenn Jobe\, Gus Johnson and Keith Prawalsky. \n\nRefreshments will be served.\n\nFree event\, open to all ages.\n\n*Elisa Chapman has a BA in Kinesiology from Cal Poly and will complete her Masters in Sports Psychology in December. She is a PSIA-AASI Western Division staff team member and examiner\, and a USASA Level 200 Coach with 10 years of coaching experience. She has worked with all disciplines over the last several years at ASCTC in an ongoing internship and is an inspiring coach\, mentor and speaker. Her presentation will be a great way to jump start your winter sports performance season!
