SUMMARY:Shop Talk: Introduction and Fundamentals of Ayurveda at Tahoe Food Hub
DESCRIPTION:Join us at the Farm Shop Thursday\, March 12th from 6-7 pm with Madona Casini of Skin Food Dermatology.\n\nMadona is an Ayurvedic Practitioner with over 2000 hours of training at CA College of Ayurveda and 20 years of Yoga and Pilates teaching. Her mission is to promote our own ability to heal by balancing body\, mind and spirit\, specializing in sports nutrition and skin care.\n\nIn this workshop we will discuss an in depth explanation of Ayurveda\, hopefully providing a general understanding of the Dosha's\, Vata\, Pitta & Kapha and how we can all generate healing through lifestyle choices and working with the elements.\n\n \n\nWalk away with some Doshic food taste samplings from Tahoe Food Hub\, smells of essential oil aromatic spritzer from Floracopia made by you\, and a touch of Skin Food Dermatology.\n\nMy passion is to share my knowledge more than just skin deep!\n\n \n\nThis is a FREE workshop.
