DESCRIPTION:Join us for our annual Truckee 4th of July Parade along Donner Pass Road\, held on the actual 4th of July! It's a Truckee tradition and fun for the whole family and community. Free to spectators.\n\n\n\nThe parade kicks off with fire trucks sounding their horns\, police cars and their sirens\, big rig trucks\, classic cars\, horses\, local nonprofits and organization floats\, marching bands and more! The parade launches onto Donner Pass Road at the Firehouse located next to Truckee High School ball fields. and heads east along Donner Pass Road\, left onto Bridge Street\, ending at Bridge and Church Street.\n\n\n\nThe following locations will have Announcers on the Parade Route:\n\nJD Hoss and Dondo of 101.5 FM Truckee Tahoe Radio will announce at The First Turn onto Donner Pass Road across from Quality Automotive.\n\n\n\nJim Simon and Ravn Whitington of Porter Simon will be announcing from the Judging Stands in historical downtown Truckee in front of the California Welcome Center in the Train Depot.\n4TH OF JULY: Parade\, FREE Shuttle\, Road Closures and more\n\nJune 30\, 2022\n\nLeave the car behind and ride the FREE shuttle!\n\nTruckee's fourth of July hometown parade is back!
