He will be drumming some beautiful beats for an all levels alignment based Vinyasa Flow taught by Nikki Dean.\n\nFirst the Vinyasa flow accompanied by Manas's beats\, with a special hand drum sequence to take you into an unforgettable savasana. After that\, everyone is invited to sit\, stand or dance as Manas moves into a 30 minute acoustic set of music from his new and previous albums.\n\nBring a yoga mat.\n\nNot heated.\n\n$45 per person
