Cottonwood Restaurant proudly presents "A Burns Night Supper: A Salute to the Scottish National Poet, Robert Burns" on Tuesday, January 24.
Every January 25th people from all around the world celebrate the birthday of Robert Burns, famous poet of Scotland. Join us at the Cottonwood on Tuesday for a truly remarkable evening of Celtic culture.From the piping (bagpipes, that is) in of The Haggis, the reciting of Burns famous address to this “chieftain of the puddin’ race,” the toasts to the lassies and laddies (wee dram of Scotch here), a fine three course meal, to the post dinner entertainment featuring Scottish airs, songs and poems by Burns, and more bagpipes and a Highland dance or two, you will have an evening of love songs and spirited entertainment.
