We begin with an hour of beginner-friendly belly dance guided by Dragoness—exploring graceful, grounded movements that flow from fingertips to hips. Through undulations, shimmies, and spirals, you’ll cultivate body awareness, release tension, and awaken the creative power of your sacral chakra. From there, we’ll shift into an hour of ecstatic dance with a live DJ set by Shikari, blending tribal rhythms, world beats, and hypnotic grooves to ignite your inner fire and set your spirit free. We’ll close with a restorative 30-minute sound bath, allowing the healing vibrations of didgeridoo, flutes, and hand-pan to integrate your movement practice into stillness and serenity. All levels and all bodies are welcome.
