David Mercer, Founder of Alpenglow Timbers - Alpenglow Timbers is a locally-owned and operated wood products and processing facility. This small-scale, modern and environmentally mindful sawmill business is designed to serve the North Tahoe and Truckee region by recirculating the woody debris and logs being removed from area forests through thinning and forest management operations, an imperative step toward wildfire mitigation and a more sustainable local economy. They are currently in the development phase.
