Mom + Teen Self Defense Workshop

3-hour workshop for moms & teens (13+) to learn practical self defense techniques, improve body literacy, and sharpen tactical thinking and situational awareness that grow confidence, instinct and trust.

This workshop provides a safe space to: • Learn techniques built for real life vs. controlled conditions • Practice boundaries that matter — physical and verbal • Space for moms and teens to share wisdom with each other
