The Lotus Bloom is a guided, moving meditation vinyasa class by Maddie Seneker. This class will be combined with music by DJ Blare the Syren. 

To celebrate the moon and its relation to our whole and brilliant selves, Maddie will lead the class in an opening meditation, ritual vinyasa flow, and a closing illumination meditation. There will be kava elixir for all who participate. 

The Pink moon is a symbol of rebirth. It is nicknamed the “pink” moon to celebrate the reappearance of flowers known as Wild Ground Phlox, according to Farmer’s Almanac. After a long winter, the Pink moon serves as a resurgence of color, beauty, and joy within our lives. Life is a cycle of hibernation and reawakening. Just as the Pink Moon is a symbol of rebirth, so is the Blooming Lotus. The lotus uses dark, murky waters to nourish itself, and then blooms to new life at the surface.
