Spring Egg Hunt and Dive

Celebrate Spring at Truckee’s annual Spring Egg Hunt & Dive.

Come out to the Truckee-Donner Recreation & Park District’s Spring Egg Hunt at Truckee Regional Park. This community event is a safe and fun environment for the whole family. 

The day begins at Truckee River Regional Park with a visit from the Easter Bunny at 11:00 AM, followed by the egg hunt at 11:30 AM sharp. Thousands of eggs are hidden throughout the park, and children are divided into age groups for the hunt. Bring your own basket and get ready for some springtime cheer.

Enjoy free face painting, candy, and prizes during the outdoor festivities.

After the hunt, head to the Truckee Community Pool for the Egg Dive beginning at 1:00 PM. Kids can splash, search for floating eggs in the pool, and enjoy a fun indoor celebration. Pool admission is half off from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM
