Ring in St. Paddy’s day Stella Style. Chef Alex Downing and the Stella Team have put their creative spin on classic dishes from the land of shamrocks and leprechauns.

Welcome
sparkling aperitif

 

Canapes
smoked salmon on soda bread, neufchatel cheese, dill, pickled onion
crab stuffed puff pastry tartlets with chive butter
potato boxty with dubliner cheese gratin, scallion, creme fraiche
miniature reuben crostinis; corned beef, rye, swiss, russian dressing, sauerkraut

 

First Course
steamed clams and mussels with red ale cream broth, side of griddled soda bread

Second Course
handmade fire grilled pork and veal banger sausage, pommes puree, grilled tomato, caramelized onion veal demi-glace, frisee salad

Entree
classic corned beef and cabbage; house cured wagyu beef brisket, braised cabbage and red potatoes, guiness reduction-dijon cream, pickled mustard seed

Dessert
albacore baileys cheesecake, kahlua chantilly, shaved dark chocolate, salted espresso caramel, hazelnut
