This Workshop is Part 2 of a four-part workshop series. Isometrics are often overlooked—but they’re one of the most effective tools for building strength, improving joint tolerance, and reinforcing proper movement patterns.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how holding tension without movement can strengthen tissues at vulnerable ranges, improve positional control, and create carryover to both dynamic lifting and sport-specific movement. We’ll cover how isometrics influence tendon health, joint stability, and nervous system output, and how to apply them intelligently rather than randomly “holding positions".
