Yoga Sound Healing Wellness Kids Camp

Join Gyoharmony for a great adventure. The Yoga Sound Healing Wellness Kids Camp is a great opportunity for kids to enjoy indoor and outdoor activities. The wellness kids camp will start with a sharing circle followed by a Yoga class and Sound healing meditation. After the movement and relaxation everyone will head out for a mindful hike around Donner Lake to explore, be in nature and get some fresh air. After the exploration adventure everyone will head back to the Yoga studio where everyone will grab a snack and lunch followed by learning to play some healing instruments, including singing bowls, gongs, drums, hand-drums, rain stick , ocean drum, chimes and more. Followed by a relaxing Sound bath meditation to heal their body, mind and spirit.
