Ride the train to get to the Pumpkin Patch (pumpkins extra price.) The trains will take visitors to the Pumpkin Patch where they can select their pumpkins for purchase. This year?s Pumpkin Patch Express trains will be held October 15-16 and 22-23, Saturdays and Sundays. The museum will open at 10 AM all four days. Trains will depart hourly from 1 PM to 5 PM for the Pumpkin Patch.
Bring your child(ren) of any age by the new Town Corporation Yard for a hands-on, up close day with heavy equipment. Everyone will be able to explore the Town?s Corp Yard, Meet Smokey Bear, and visit the Humane Society/Town of Truckee Animal Shelter. Big Trucks will be on display (courtesy of local contractors & agencies) along with the CHP helicopter.

The documentary features never-before-seen archival footage from the 1960 Winter Olympic Games in Squaw Valley and revealing interviews with participating athletes and attendees.
