Katie Rice leads the Rice Team at Guild Mortgage -The Team is a group of Mortgage Professionals who specialize in Residential Purchase and Refinances in CA and NV.

Katie and her team advise clients on structuring loans for the best payments, long term equity gain, and ease of getting the loan done. They are super committed to getting locals into homes as well as helping second home owners structure their loan programs for the biggest financial gain. She stays on pulse with residential mortgages and the ever changing guidelines so there are no surprises during an escrow.

Katie is a Mortgage Broker Associate, a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist and she has a BA in Business with an emphasis in Accounting. She attributes this to her background in Financial Accounting and Business Administration as well as community involvement and personal relationships with associates and partners.
