Lefrancois Engineering, PLLC was born from Mike Lefrancois's vision to revolutionize civil engineering in the Tahoe/Truckee region. After diverse experiences within various agencies, Mike embarked on a path emphasizing integrity, reliability, and versatility. Driven by a commitment to positive change, he prioritized fostering a harmonious work-life dynamic and assembling a team dedicated to serving the local community. This shift from traditional corporate paradigms stemmed from a desire to create a more aligned and impactful approach to addressing the unique needs of the region. With licenses in California (License #64162) and Nevada (License #20115), Mr. Lefrancois leverages over two decades of regional expertise. In 2023, he established Lefrancois Engineering, PLLC, dedicated not only to superior engineering but also to nurturing enduring relationships within our cherished Tahoe community.
