About Us

Martis Valley Associates specializes in real estate sales, rentals, and property management in Northstar, Lahontan, Old Greenwood, Truckee, Tahoe Donner, and Donner Lake areas. Truckee areas include Ponderosa Fairway, Sierra Meadows, Ponderosa Palisades, Ponderosa Ranchos, Pine Cone Estates, Martiswoods Estates, Olympic Heights, Prosser Lake area, and Downtown Truckee.

Sales include homes, condominiums, home sites, and shared (fractional) ownership. Rentals include vacation rentals, summer, and winter ski leases and long term leases. Our property management provides customized maintenance services for the second homeowner who does not rent his property. In addition, we manage shared ownership properties that are owned by multiple owners.
