About Us
A Joint Powers Authority (JPA) formed to support the development of workforce housing for member agencies (Tahoe Forest Hospital District, Tahoe Truckee Unified School District, Truckee Donner Public Utility District, Truckee Tahoe Airport District) by acquiring, developing, or contracting for workforce housing and supporting housing programs for agency employees.
