"Winter Series #1" Pop Up Dinner

For those that have enjoyed a Stella pop up dinner in the past, you know they are often inspired by a holiday, a region or a theme.  Well, sometimes there are no themes or regions to showcase – it is simply great eats. Please join us as we present several unique menus throughout the winter –  Stella Style.

Dinner Menu

Welcome
sparkling aperitif
 


Canapes
smoked salmon vol au vent gratin, boursin cheese, cornichon, lemon-tarragon butter, fines herb
poached pear and roasted pork belly skewer, local honey, gorgonzola creme fraiche
roasted spicy eggplant and peppers in filo cup, pine nuts, raita, cilantro
warm nduja salumi on sourdough crostini, date preserves, pickled mustard seed, grana padano, micro basil


First Course
cauliflower soup, sous-vide poached egg, fire roasted cauliflower florets, crispy pancetta, capers, olive relish, micro herbs, pecorino romano


Second Course
saffron-chili oil poached filet of sole, sunchoke-yogurt puree, mustard greens sautéed with garam masala, caramelized tomato, cured lemon rind, pickled onion, cilantro


Entree
cider-brined pork tenderloin medallions, red wine reduction sauce, carroway braised red cabbage, dijon-glazed marble potatoes, shaved brussels leaf, rye crumbs


Dessert
caramel apple strudel with danish cream cheese, amaretto ice cream, toasted almond, rum soaked golden raisins, blood orange marmalade
 

Note: Seating is assigned, so if you would like to be seated near another party, you must note that in the ‘comments’ field during checkout.

Please review menu in advance and have a willingness to try things that you might not ordinarily prefer.  We can accommodate genuine food allergies or restrictions if given 48 hours or more advance notice (with the exception of a vegan diet).
