"Winter Series #2" Pop Up Dinner

Join us for our 2nd in our Winter Series Menus. For those that have enjoyed a Stella pop up dinner in the past, you know they are often inspired by a holiday, a region or a theme.  Well, sometimes there are no themes or regions to showcase – it is simply great eats.  Come join us as we present several unique menus throughout the winter –  Stella Style.

Dinner Menu

Welcome
sparkling aperitif

Canapes
smoked turkey confit on brioche, boursin, apple-celery dressing, dried cranberry, sunflower seed
pickled herring on butter toasted rye, chevre, granny smith apple, beet relish with pickled mustard seed, dill
ras al hanout spiced beef confit with roasted eggplant on lavash, preserved lemon rind, tamarind-tomato chutney, yogurt
woodfire roasted prosciutto wrapped mushroom duxelle, gorgonzola, chive

First Course
pan fried goose dumplings, grilled asparagus and baby arugula salad with sage-black pepper vinaigrette, cucumber-dill creme fraiche, lingonberry coulis

Second Course
saag shorba, braised mustard green soup, charred tomato, torched paneer, fried okra, spiced pickled red onion, mint yogurt, cilantro


Entree
sous vide lamb leg roulade stuffed with morel mushroom, apple, and sourdough, red wine-rosemary demi glace, parsley salad, pommes puree


Dessert
kahlua-dark chocolate mousse tart, classic bananas foster, brandy soaked cherries, brown butter-orange zest chantilly, toasted walnut

 

Note: Seating is assigned, so if you would like to be seated near another party, you must note that in the ‘comments’ field during checkout.

Dietary Restrictions: This is a pre-fix dinner menu and we cannot change a dish due to a dislike of a specific food item. Please review menu in advance and have a willingness to try things that you might not ordinarily prefer.  We can accommodate genuine food allergies or restrictions if given 48 hours or more advance notice (with the exception of a vegan diet). Due to the nature of this type of menu service, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your food allergies or restrictions if not given advance notice. Optional wine pairing available at additional cost.
Bottles of wine and beer also available for purchase.
